- Exchange and return period: You can exchange or return the product free of charge within 30 days of the date of receiving the order.
- Important note: The product must be in its original condition and in the same original packaging.
Return policy for local shipments (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia):
- We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us via WhatsApp at 0551466602 and we will take care of it.
- Returns are 100% free with no fees for the first time.
- The return fee after the first return is 40 riyals.
- In case of a shipping error , we will bear all costs.
Replacement policy for local shipments (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia):
- If the replacement product is not available when requesting a replacement, the store is not responsible for its unavailability or its being out of stock.
- The replacement is 100% free with no fees for the first time.
- The exchange fee for the second time is 30 riyals.
- Return fee after requesting an exchange: 40 riyals.
- If the wrong product was shipped, please contact us via WhatsApp while keeping the product in its original condition, and the correct product will be sent immediately.
- In case of a shipping error , we will bear all costs.
- All replacement products and replacement shipments are sent via SMSA (pick-up from branch).
Return policy for international shipments:
- The customer bears the shipping costs for returns, which vary from country to country.
- In case of a shipping error , we will bear all costs.
- If a product is received that is used or without its original packaging, it will be returned to the customer and the customer will bear the shipping cost.

Mechanism for refunding funds:

- The refund process may take up to 21 business days starting from when we receive the returned shipment.
- A return fee will be deducted depending on the payment method:
- Tabi and Tamara: 7%
- Credit cards: 1.5%
Cancel order:
- To cancel the order, please contact us on WhatsApp 0551466602 explaining the reason.
- The store reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, notifying the customer via email, text message or WhatsApp.
- Orders not received by customers are subject to the same return or exchange policy, according to the customer's wishes.
Additional notes:

- Orders for replacements requested from the 20th of Ramadan onwards will be processed after the Eid holiday. .

- In the case of partial refunds for orders that benefited from offers such as: “100 Riyal discount when you buy for 400 Riyals”, the offer is cancelled and the full price is calculated for the remaining products.
