- Exchange and return period: You can exchange or return the product free of charge within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Important note: The product must be in its original condition and with the same original packaging.
Return Policy for Local Shipments (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia): -
- We care about your satisfaction, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, just contact us via WhatsApp 0551466602 and we will take care of the matter.
- Returns are 100% free without any fees for the first time.
- The return fee after the first return is 40 riyals.
- In case of shipping error , we bear all costs.
Exchange policy for local shipments (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia): -
- If the replacement product is not available when requesting a replacement, the store is not responsible for its unavailability or its expiration.
- 100% free replacement without any fees for the first time.
- Second replacement fee: 30 riyals.
- Return fee after replacement request: 40 riyals.
- If the wrong product is shipped, please contact us via WhatsApp and keep the product in its original condition, and the correct product will be sent immediately.

Return Policy for International Shipments:-
- The customer bears the return shipping costs, which vary from one country to another.
- In case of shipping error , we bear all costs.
- If a product is received used or without its original packaging, it will be returned to the customer and the customer will bear the shipping cost.

- A return fee will be deducted according to the payment method:
- Tabby and Tamara: 7%
- Credit cards: 1.5%
Cancel order:-
- To cancel an order, please contact us on WhatsApp 0551466602 and explain the reason.
- The store reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, and will notify the customer via email, text message, or WhatsApp.
- Orders not received by customers are subject to the same return or exchange policy, as per the customer’s desire.

- Orders that are requested to be exchanged from the 20th of Ramadan will be processed after the Eid holiday. .
